Victorian Micro Mosaic Swan Locket Brooch 1860

This genuine Victorian, Micro Mosaic, silver gilt Swan Brooch has beautiful, fine tile workmanship depicting a Swan on a lake.

The Swan is higher set, showing every little detail - even the beak.

Fleurs de Lys sit at the top of the Brooch, leading to a pendant dropper.

A few tiny tiles are missing from this dropper but this is minimal wear for its age.

On the reverse is a Locket with glass window.

This really is a superb, high class, Micro Mosaic piece of jewellery.

It has its original hinge and 'C' catch.

In very good condition it looks stunning when worn.

The dimensions are 42mm across and 56mm down - that's approximately 1.75 inches by just over 2.25 inches, incl dropper.
